Robert Cooper Phillips, better known by his stage name Koopsta Knicca, is an American rapper. He is best known as one of original members of the Memphis rap group Three 6 Mafia. He is now a member of the new rap collective Da Mafia 6ix along side DJ Paul, Lord Infamous, Gangsta Boo and Crunchy Black.

He released a solo album produced by DJ Paul, Da Devil's Playground in 1999. Cooper left Three 6 Mafia in 2000 because he was unable to make shows & videos being in trouble with the law. Cooper also frequently collaborates with former Three 6 Mafia associate Lord Infamous and will appear on a collaborative album under the group name Da Mafia 6ix.

Career with Three 6 Mafia

Cooper joined the memphis rap group Three 6 Mafia in 1991. According to Lord Infamous, he went to the same high school as DJ Paul. He was featured on numerous Three 6 Mafia albums including the platinum selling When the Smoke Clears: Sixty 6, Sixty 1. He left the group in 2000 after the release of the album. He left not because of payment issues, but because he was incarcerated and unable to make shows & videos, he also breached his contract with Sony due to being incarcerated.
